Frequently Asked Questions
-
If you’ve downloaded the mobile app, enter your email or cell phone number you used to register your child in SchoolTool.
On the web, go to ParentSquare Sign in Page then under the ‘Register’ section, put your email or phone number you used to register your child in SchoolTool and click '“Go”.
If the email or phone number is not recognized by ParentSquare, parents should call the school office and, after confirming your identity, ask the school to update the contact information for you in SchoolTool. Once this happens, after 24 hours attempt to register for ParentSquare again.
-
ParentSquare allows parents to customize their notifications based on notification type and select their preferred delivery method for each school.
The Instant setting will send all post notifications in real-time.
The Digest setting sends direct messages, alerts, and time-sensitive posts instantly, but sends all non-time sensitive posts at the end of the day, reducing the number of notifications you receive daily. (We recommend the Digest setting.)

Parents can update their language preference for their account.
Once they have done this, ParentSquare will automatically translate any text communication to them in their selected language. This translation will also occur when the parent sends a message to a staff member.

Yes. All parents have a ParentSquare account whether they register or not. ParentSquare is the primary tool for district and school communication. Individuals who do not register their account in ParentSquare will still receive an email digest at the end of each day for all school and district posts. All alerts will still be sent to all modes of communication, regardless of registering.
It is highly recommended that all parents register their account to take advantage of all the features in ParentSquare.
