Fulton is located in the heart of Oswego County! Conveniently reachable via route 481 and 690, it is about 30 minutes from Syracuse and 20 minutes from Oswego.
Fulton is a small city with a population of approximately 12,000. Our residents include people of all income levels and occupations, including small business owners, corporate executives, professionals, salespeople, factory workers and mature citizens.
