The Fulton City School District wants our community to be involved. Voting is an essential right to exercise and is important to the success of our schools. Please read the information below to find information related to voter registration. To register to vote you must:

• be a citizen of the United States
• be 18 years of age by December 31 of the year in which you register. NOTE: but in order to vote, you must be 18 years old by the day of the election in which you want to vote
• be a resident of the county for at least 30 days before the election
• not be in prison or on parole for a felony conviction (unless parolee pardoned or restored rights of citizenship)
• not claim the right to vote elsewhere.

How do I register?

• You can obtain a mail registration form by calling (315) 593-5511. Forms are also available at most government offices, post offices and libraries. Complete the form and mail it to your County Board of Elections. You may also register in person at your County Board of Elections. To register in Oswego County, mail the voter registration form to:

You need to re-register to vote if:

• you move out of the county
• you change your name
• you change your party enrollment
• you move within your county call your County Board of Elections for specific instructions

To vote in the Fulton City School District, you must:

• be 18 years old
• be a U.S. citizen
• live in the district for 30 days prior to vote (legal residence)
• be registered with the Oswego County Board of Election
